Brain Guardian Labs, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates a suite of mobile applications. We build our software on a foundation of "Compassion First," which means we believe your data is a liability we do not want to hold, not an asset for us to sell.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information generally across all our applications, with specific app addendums detailed at the bottom. By using our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not build a profile of your behavior to sell to third parties. Our business model is based on supporting the apps, not exploiting the user.

A. Device & Usage Data

We may collect limited technical data essential for our apps to function, such as:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• Crash logs (if you have opted-in to share these via Apple)

B. Contact Information

• Identity: We rely on Apple’s "Sign in with Apple" or device-level authentication to verify you without storing your personal email on our marketing lists.
• Waitlists/Support: If you voluntarily email us or join a waitlist, we store your email address solely to contact you as requested. We do not sell this list.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party infrastructure to keep our apps running securely. These partners are selected based on their security standards:

• Apple: Used for payment processing (In-App Purchases), authentication, and distribution.
• Cloudflare: Used across our network for secure routing and, where applicable, encrypted temporary storage.

App-Specific Privacy Addendums

The following rules apply strictly to the specific applications listed below, and operate alongside our Master Policy.

Vanishr™

• User-Generated Content: When you send a photo or video moment, it is uploaded to our secure temporary storage (Cloudflare R2) so your recipient can view it.
• The "Vanish" Rule: All User-Generated Content is automatically scheduled for permanent deletion from our servers 24 hours after creation. We do not retain historical archives of your private messages.
